FAQ's and shipping.
I'm missing some of my order.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number and what items you are missing.
I have typed in the wrong address.
Email email@example.com and let them know as soon as possible and we will do our best to track your item for you.
How do I cancel my order?
If your order has not been sent out we will be able to return your order. If your order has been picked up by the courier, you will then need to follow the returns policy below.
How do I change my order?
If your email has been reviewed before your item has been sent out, we are able to change it for you. If the item has already been sent, you will need to email firstname.lastname@example.org and follow the returns policy stated below.
Do you have afterpay?
Yes we do offer afterpay, you will have the option of choosing it on the payment page.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes we do, they will be sent to you via email or post with the option of $40, $80, $100 or $200. You will be able to find them on our 'shop all' tab.
How long before I receive my order?
We will do our absolute best to get your order out the following day however, there will be times where it will be longer than that. If you have not received a tracking number within 10 days of your order, please email email@example.com along with your order number.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number once your package has been sent.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you are wanting to return an item. Once you have received a reply, post the item in its original unworn condition to the address given using a tracked service. This must arrive within 7 days of the return email. In the package please include order number and what size you are switching for.
Once we have received the garment we will assess its condition and either send out a different size, different style, issue a store credit or refund your money.
There are no returns on sale items.
The purchase of gift cards are final and are not refundable for cash.
Your garment is carefully looked over upon delivery to you, but if you do notice damage or fault, please email us and let us know. We will pay for postage and will send you a new garment.
